Shipping
StaysLevel offers free shipping on all orders of $49 or more delivered within the contiguous United States. Additional fees apply to shipments to Alaska and Hawaii.
We will ship all orders via a carrier of our choosing. In the event that there is a shipping problem, we will assist customers with the freight carrier.
A confirmation e-mail with the tracking number, if applicable, will be sent to the email address provided upon checkout. We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes. Undeliverable shipments and refused deliveries will be charged the original shipping fee plus a 10% handling fee.

Returns and Exchenges
Our products are designed and manufactured with great care. We want you to be happy with your purchase.
StaysLevel recommends that customers inspect the product for accuracy and manufacturer’s defects within 72 hours of receiving the order. Please keep all original packaging while processing a return or exchange.
Orders may be exchanged or returned for a refund within 30 days. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning product(s) to us.
No returns and refunds will be granted after 30 days.
